Yes, we still clean your windows in the rain. With our cleaning methods, rain water simply rolls off the glass, leaving your windows spotlessly clean. Rain alone would not be considered a reason to cancel as rain does not affect the quality of our service.

With our treated water we will remove the dirt from your windows using our purpose made cleaning system, then rinse the glass. The pure treated water is left on the windows and will dry naturally leaving them crystal clear.

Its all down to preference. We offer a regular 4, 8 or 12 weekly cleaning schedule. If of course you’re looking for something more frequently, we can offer this to suit your own individual needs. We also offer “one-off” cleans, if that’s all you’re looking for.

Having your gutters cleared regularly prevents leaking roofs and water damage to your property. Blocked gutters can also attract pests, rodents and mold which isn’t ideal. We recommend having them serviced at least once a year or in some cases every 2 years, depending on the area you live and environment. Some of our customers require their gutters cleaned and emptied every 6 months as they are prone to frequent debris, for example – as they are surrounded by lots of trees. 

We will always notify you the day before your scheduled service that we will be arriving the following day. We cannot offer specific appointment times, however if requested we can endeavour to provide you with an ETA on the scheduled day. 
We generally clean windows from 8.30am to 6pm, 7 days a week (depending on the season and climate).

Not to worry. We can still do our job. In most cases we can access the back of your property, but if you forget to leave a gate unlocked we can just clean the front of your house and will invoice you accordingly. We will leave a card to say we’ve been and you can pay via bank transfer, leaving your address as reference.

We use the water fed pole system that allows us to easily reach all windows of your home. Our water is treated to take out all of the impurities, ensuring your windows are left with a crystal clear finish.
